Shipping policy
Flat rate shipping is available on smaller items. See the shipping cost at checkout depending on the delivery address.
Bulky items and especially Boat canopies are always sent at the customer's expense, unless the customer chooses to collect the canopy himself at our shop address. We store the goods for 10 working days, then the canopys are still sent at the customer's expense. A separate invoice for shipping costs will be issued.
Kapell & Annat uses a system that gives the best freight rates for the day. The reason we cannot give fixed prices is that sending bulky packages can vary greatly in price depending on the delivery address. You can always contact us to get the best estimate possible.
The goods are sent by a suitable shipping company either with delivery to the specified address or for collection at a delivery point for smaller packages. The cost is invoiced on the final invoice or afterwards. Delivery takes place after agreement between Kapell & Annat and the buyer. The buyer shall collect or receive the product on the agreed delivery date. If the buyer has not collected the product or otherwise received the product within seven days of the product being delivered or made available for collection, the buyer has the right Kapell & Annat right to cancel the purchase and receive compensation for transportation costs and other damage.
If the package and/or the product delivered by DSV has been damaged in shipping, you should contact Kapell & Annat via email, fax or telephone.
