A sprayhood for a sailboat, manufactured today, is usually significantly larger, more stable and more extravagant than a sprayhood delivered in the original version from the shipyards. The key to a good sprayhood is to have stable frames that allows good stretching of the fabric and clear windows for good visibility through your sprayhood. Design Spray Hood
Design and comfort are important and we focus on a sprayhood being aesthetically pleasing while offering good splash protection, visibility and support. The frames of a sprayhood are made with two or three frames that you can complement with a grab rail that offers you extra balance support while sailing. All our own designs are manufactured to fit with a Cockpit Tent from Kapell & Annat. You can also complement the Sprayhood with a Sprayhood back cover, which is highly appreciated while sailing!

If I already have frames to my Sprayhood?
If you already have frames for your sprayhood from another manufacturer and want to renew the canvas, we need to know which manufacturer made your sprayhood. You can often find a label on the sprayhood's fabric or if you send us a picture, we can easily determine if your sprayhood is made by one of our partners for whom we are resellers.
If I want to renew a Sprayhood from Kapell & Annat ?
All our boat canopies have been given a production number which you can find on the inside of your Sprayhood. All templates we have made are saved in our archive. When you fill out a quote request below or via the quote request form, you can enter the production number of the sprayhood and we can easily manufacture a similar sprayhood to fit your existing frames.

Kapell & Annat spray hood standard
- Five windows, three in the front and two on the side of your sprayhood.

Grab rail at the aft edge of the sprayhood increases safety on board.

Personalize your canopy with embroidery! We can embroid the boat's name, logo, boat model, etc. Your imagination is the limit. If you are interested in embroidering your new canopy, let us know when you request a quote/order.

Grab bars if you don't want a grab rail at the stern or choose to keep your existing frames when changing to a new sprayhood.
